SJSD Certified Staff Survey 2010

The SJSD is surveying staff to gather input regarding several important issues. The survey is actually made up of two parts, located at the weblinks noted below. You will need to plan to allot a total of 15-25 minutes to complete the entire thing. Individual information will remain anonymous, while the aggregate information will provide various comparisons for your school and the SJSD. The Safari web browser will not work with the survey. Use Firefox on the Mac.On a Windows PC use Internet Explorer or Firefox.

1. Part one located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/XS5RBN3 You will not need a password.

2. Part two is located at Http://www.lotilounge.com You will login as a member under the blue “member login” as illustrated below. Your username and password are the same, your entire district email. If you have a problem logging in, email laura.nelson@sjsd.k12.mo.us . Please respond to the statements on the LoTI survey in terms of your present uses or support of technology in the classroom.

SCREEN TWO- Select the clip-board labeled “Take LoTi Digital Age Survey”

This survey itself generally takes about 15- 20 minutes to complete. If you need more time to complete it, simply click "Save and Exit" at any time during the process so that your partial survey will be saved. Your LoTi Digital-Age Survey will not be submitted until you hit the "Submit My Survey" button on the last page.

• Two choices will be offered. Teachers and Instructional coaches should select the teacher version.
